“Creating inclusive cultures together” through accessible web development and digital support.
Last week, marked an exciting new chapter for Onvero, who is embracing a fresh identity. Previously known as the Employer’s Network for Equality Inclusion (enei), the not-for-profit organisation helps employers build and maintain diverse teams and inclusive cultures through membership, training, and consultancy services.

A strong partnership
Over the past three years, HeX and Onvero have formed a strong foundation and effective working relationship. Over multiple projects, our collaborative approach has helped to support employers and improve and embed inclusive workplace cultures.
Previous projects include:
- Accessible design and development of their website to support their organisation’s growth and provide an exceptional customer experience for their network and prospective customers.
- Building an enhanced self-assessment benchmarking tool, named Talent, Inclusion & Diversity Evaluation (TIDE), to help organisations measure their approach to diversity and inclusion.
- Creative design work for their annual award ceremonies, celebrating organisations who are making a real impact in equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Our deep understanding of their platforms and audiences meant we were well-placed to ensure the team’s rebrand was delivered smoothly and successfully.

The team at Hex are wonderful to work with. They are a lovely team, who are warm, friendly and really engaged in delivering results to support your organisation. They feel like an extension of our own team.

Our role in the rebrand
HeX is proud to support Onvero with the technical delivery of their rebrand.
Our experts ensured the transition from enei.org.uk to onvero.org.uk was seamless, secure, and disruption-free.
What we delivered:
- Domain migration and seamless redirects, ensuring all traffic between the old and new platform and subdomains, such as TIDE, automatically redirects with no visitor drop-offs.
- A consistent user experience throughout the switch over, fully supporting login and interactive areas during the process.
- A refreshed front-end, implementing the new styling across the Onvero and TIDE platforms to provide a fluent look and feel across both sites. This included updating HTML and WordPress blocks to align with the refreshed branding.
- Ongoing Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) support to monitor performance rankings and ensure Onvero maintains a strong online visibility under its new name.
Minimal disruption, with maximum impact
This major technical transformation was completed overnight to avoid any disruption for Onvero’s members, clients, and visitors. In turn, ensuring the new Onvero brand was launched with precision, reliability, and care.
Our team is proud to have supported Onvero in bringing their new identity to life – a transformation that reflects their continued commitment to inclusion, diversity, and collaboration.
We look forward to many more rewarding projects together in the future with our friends at Onvero.
